Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Solbari garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
